… and what a day it turned out to be! The above is last night’s pink sunset. It felt as even the actual air was pink.
Today was glorious, except for the fact that the fog wouldn’t really give up on the downtown area. I was standing up on a hill here, in nice, warm sunshine, taking this picture:
Only the outline of cruise ship Norwegian Dawn is visible. There are two more cruise ships in this picture, but they’re enveloped in fog.

As I was walking in Rockwood Park later, I was thinking “if only Summer could be like this all the time, I’d get back to loving it again”. 24ºC, hardly any humidity at all … a little wind — just pleasant warmth in moderation.
