Permanent arrangement [37/365]

In my post, entitled «Temporary arrangement» I wrote about my exacerbating neck issues. Because I’m a very healthy person, I rarely write about health stuff, but neck and spine issues scares me to no end! I couldn’t just go on, and not do anything about it.

I did notice with my little set-up, it was getting better but not good — the screen wasn’t high enough, and the little plastic keyboard belongs to the iPad. So … as an investment in me feeling good, I went ahead and ordered a stand and a keyboard.

Both have arrived, the stand [from TwelveSouth] on Thursday and the keyboard yesterday.

It’s terrific … I love it! The stand is adjustable, the pictures are clickable so you can bring them up to size. The keyboard, which Apple refers to as «Magic Keyboard» is like a dream to type on … especially after a week with the other one. Otherwise I don’t know where the ‘magic’ lies but anyway … it’s all good, and I’m very happy and pleased.

Great to hear your plan is coming together!: ) Just wondering… Is the “magic”(look Ma, no cords!) keyboard the same size as a regular Apple keyboard?
Any chance of links to go with these? The stand in particular, looks VERY interesting.

I don’t know, but my guess is it’s smaller. A ‘Magic Trackpad’ could be bought separately, for them who like them. I’ll put in links now … 🙂

I love your new set-up there Rebby! The keyboard keys look quite large & that is nice. I love how you can adjust the stand if needed.
I am glad there is a solution to your problem!

I’m in love with this keyboard! They must have named it ‘Magic Keyboard’ for a reason … it’s wonderful to type on. The other one [on the computer], I could hardly feel what I was doing … here it’s just the right amount of ‘click’.
