good day for play

Again, we woke up to a world of fog. The thick kind we get here, where you can’t see the street down below. We were staying indoors and I was thinking it’s been a long time since I played around in Photoshop. I use it most every day, but only for photo editing — the basic stuff, but no playing with filters and effects. The other day, I’d also seen an image by a fellow blogger, that inspired me. It was a photo of a light bulb … the newer type. I’d taken a similar photo myself, a couple of years ago, but never did much with it.

Now I brought it up in Photoshop and just played around with various effects. It took ages before it had turned to my liking, but finally it did. I could never reproduce it because I’ve already forgotten how I did it πŸ™‚

Great job! It looks like the fog rolled right in and enveloped your bulb: )

Yes πŸ™‚ The fog has been in two, full days in a row. Last night the wind turned around and the temperature went down to 3ΒΊC in no time!

This is fun! That is one of those blues you are fond of. I’m surprised your whole place isn’t done in blue.

Yes it is, but it’s strange … it’s mainly online — I’m not much into blue when it comes to home decorating or clothes?!
