Test post from iPad — please, disregard

I’m just typing this up, as I realise I haven’t blogged as much as I thought I would, from my iPad. A fellow blogger in Norway just tried to blog from a tablet, and thought it was hellish.

I’m writing this from the WP-app and it just dawns on me I have absolutely NO idea how to insert a picture, or maybe I do.

  1. How could I possibly disregard such a gorgeous photograph?: )

  2. After supper, yesterday, I was looking out at the sky … thought it looked so lovely, so I went out on the balcony, in the snow and took this with the iPhone! πŸ™‚

  3. Disregard…how could I? You were obviously successful in posting an image – and my curiosity was satisfied with that heavenly photo! .

    1. Yes, I sussed it out … the only thing I couldn’t do was the β€œalign left” thing.

At first I couldn’t find out where you did the image thing, it was sort of hidden under a keyboard icon…

      1. Hm, so who’s responsible for the layout on these things? Sounds a little sketchy…

        1. I dunno … the app creator, I assume. It’s really not such a big deal, if you just want to blog. It’s an aesthetic thing, but not the most important … methinks..

      2. Y’know, I kindof like it “off centre” as it goes with the flow of your clouds… Oh, and I’d give you 100% on your “test” too, btw – LOL!

  4. Thought at first that you were making a photopun when you said it had “dawned on you”… But it is just amazing how much they’ve advanced, hey?

  5. I’ve found every time I’ve tried posting, or commenting via the WP app it was a total disaster too, a scroll of the screen and everything would vanish, but I notice this morning (8th Feb) there has been some sort of update and so far so good.
Lovely images by the way πŸ™‚

    1. Thanks … it was an iPhone shot of those clouds.

I have hardly used it at all, as I haven’t travelled and when I’m at home I tend to do the whole blogging thing on the computer. Got a big upgrade of the WP-app not long ago. It worked well yesterday, when I did it, even though it’s always a little hassle if you want to make links … select the text.

    1. Well, we do have one, for one room.

This morning, when I picked up the paper, the little, old lady, across the hall, happened to pick up hers at the same time. *Oh my, it’s so HOT in here!* she said!!! She lives on the other side of the building, so she gets the morning sun. She moved in just about a month ago, so I thought to myself *just wait … until July comes around* πŸ˜€

  6. Great so you have to escape into the one room to keep cool….that must be hard. I am lucky that lving on ground floor it stays relatively cool as long as I keep door/window closed…I only get morning Sun so that is bearable…..facing East has some very good points!
Oh the little old lady is going to have some funny in the heat of the Summer…. πŸ˜‰
