    WOW, that’s a big, old Maple! Very saturated colour; LOVE this palette on a background of sky… Isn’t Autumn just AWESOME for photography? But, my abosolute favourite, is right after – or even during – one of those half-light, bark-soaking, rainy Fall days that just seem to set the trees on fire: )
    (Cue the music! … “It’s the most wonderful time of the year! …”)

      Indeed! It’s awesome for photography and also for human beings — to be able to breathe freely. And yes, I love everything about it … even those rainy, stormy days. Love that song! 🙂

      B.t.w. yesterday I noticed that there’s one hurricane named after me. We’ll see what becomes of Rebekah, but first we have Karen 🙂

      This was such a beautiful, old maple tree. I was leaning up against the trunk and tried to shoot straight up..
