ImageWe see them almost every day as we have a thin snow cover right now. This was shot back in November. Someone is feeding them, I suspect — this is right outside a private home. We live on the ninth floor, so this is shot from far up above …it’s rare that I get a clear and sharp shot of them.

It’s fun to apply human emotions to animals sometimes — I do it constantly with our cat, because he has such an expressive face. Either way, I thought this picture could represent ‘Love’ 🙂

Sure, why not – it seems to me that it is as much our choice to deny they have emotions akin to human emotions as it is to attribute human emotions to them.

I think that animals have as well as show emotions. The above photo is a great example of this as is McDuff and my Laddie, Krystal and Raggs 🙂

A brilliant shot Rebekah, and a great interpretation of ‘love’. Animals have feelings too, and show their affecton to one another – and us!

What a great picture! Just the right moment caught for this challenge topic. Amazing that they come so close.

      Thank you, Judee! 🙂
They’re here every day … down below our apartment building as a residential area with little homes and gardens … they seem to roam around there all the time. There are so many deer in the city so it’s getting to be a bit of a problem.

I was so far up above when I shot this so I guess I was lucky! 🙂
